Aufgaben

Ansprechpartner für alle Incidents und Probleme, die im first level nicht gelöst werden können
Durchführung von Anwendungssupport via Telefon, Remote und vor Ort
Strukturierte Dokumentation von Incidents und Meldungen
Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung der IT-Infrastruktur
Monitoring und Störungsmanagement
Mitwirken bei der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur und bei betrieblichen Abläufen

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Sicher im Umgang mit Windows und Linux
Erfahrung in Systemadministration und Support
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise Kenntnisse in Französisch

Contact person for all incidents and problems that cannot be solved at first level
Application support via telephone, remote and on-site
Documentation of incidents and reports
You support the maintenance of the IT infrastructure
Monitoring and fault management
Further development of infrastructure and operation

Your profile

You have an IT education or experience
You love IT
Confident in working with Windows and Linux
Experience in system administration and support
You speak German and English, if you also speak French this is certainly not a disadvantage
